Description
The rubber bushing, usually called bushing or center-bonded bushing, is a kind of anti-vibration rubber-to-metal bonded product, normally consisting of cylindrical inner and outer metals, fully bonded with rubber in between.
The main purpose of rubber bushing is to act as a buffer, reduce the transmission of shock and vibration between parts, and absorb some of the energy produced by the interaction of the two parts, thereby minimizing the noise.
They are widely used in the fields of automotive manufacturing, machinery processing, food processing, electrical equipment, etc.
RNTICO mainly develops and produces the rubber bushing applied to heavy-duty trucks, which is installed in anti-roll bars, shock absorber mounts, double wishbone suspensions, gear sticks, suspension guides, and hinge points of the connections.
Due to the different installation positions and load values, different types of rubber bushing were designed to meet performance requirements, such as dynamic and static stiffness & durability.
Such as leaf spring bushes, shock absorber lug bushes, stabilizer bar boom bushes, balance shaft bushings, etc.
